We absolutely love HB’s and my latest grocery find… Flatout Flatbread! Our favorite so far, is the light sundried tomato flatbread. Here’s a yummy, healthy lunch to add to your meal plan. There are only four ingredients (approximately 170 total calories per wrap with 10 grams of fiber) and it is so easy to fix. Total preparation time, about 2 minutes. When I say easy and really tasty… I mean ridiculously easy and super tasty! There are so many possibilities with this delicious flatbread – I’m looking forward to this new relationship!
- 1 piece sundried tomato Flat Out flatbread
- 1 tsp light mayonaise
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup fat free grated mozzarella cheese
Spread mayo over surface of flatbread.
Add spinach and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Wrap it and microwave on high for one minute.
I served mine with tomato slices and fresh mandarin slices. It feels so good to be eating healthy again!
